One of Lydum's short term goals has already been realized. Team roster numbers are up, albeit not where he wants them yet, but they have increased. The men have 31, compared to 21 from a year ago. The women have 27 and they only had 16 last year.

The Boxers will be back in action next Saturday (March 19) in Portland at the Spring Break Open, hosted by Lewis & Clark College.

Next up for the Boxers will the Pacific Preview, next Saturday (March 12) at Hanson Stadium. Start time is 9 a.m.

The Washington Indoor Open was the final indoor meet of the season for the Boxers. Pacific will now begin the transition to the outdoor season. The first outdoor meet is on March 5 at Linfield.

The Boxers will race again next week at the House of Track (Feb. 5). Start time is 5 p.m.

The Boxers, who competed alongside a number of world class runners tonight, will return to the House of Track next Friday for the TrackTown USA High Performance Meet #3. The facility is located in Portland's Pearl District.
