SEATTLE, Wash. – Portland State had three members of its men's cross country team compete at the NCAA cross country West regional event in Seattle, Wash., on Friday morning. Freshman Neil Seibert wrapped up his strong freshman campaign as he once again paced the Viks with a time of 32:34 in the 10,000-meter race.
