Samantha Lewis, running unattached, came in first place and was followed closely by five Beavers finishing second through sixth, as the Oregon State cross country team posted a perfect score to soundly defeat a quartet of teams for the second consecutive year at the Mike Hodges Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
