The weeklong festival of running brings together two major sporting events in TrackTown USA this month the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships (July 22-27) and the Eugene Marathon and Half Marathon (July 27).

Cheserek made a significant splash on the collegiate scene in his freshman year, sweeping the indoor 3,000 and 5,000 meters national titles and adding a 10,000 meters national title outdoors.

Sophomore Jenna Prandini has a chance to score in the 100 and 200 meters as well as the long jump and 4x100 in next week's NCAA Championships at Hayward Field.

The Ducks qualified 19 more entries to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, bringing their total to 39 for the week.
