Alexa Efraimson of Camas won the Nike Cross Nationals in a time of 16:50. Ella Donaghu of Grant came in ninth with a time of 17:49.

Donaghu skipped the NXN regional qualifier a year ago, but the reigning 6A state champion hopes to prove she belongs with the nation's best Saturday
